Grandma and Grandpa Hogan drove from Fairfield to visit Sean (and us, I guess) this weekend. They arrived Thursday evening and we ordered a pizza for dinner. Friday, Jeff went to work so the rest of us just hung around the apartment all day, then we made dinner at the apartment too. We didn't do much that day. As you can see, it was very exciting!
On Saturday we drove to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. It was sunny and about 80 degrees out, so it was very nice. Of course those of us with extremely fair skin (that would be everyone but Jeff) had to be careful about staying in the shade.
We walked around for a while and then stopped at an Irish pub for lunch. Sean did very well at his first outing to a sit-down restaurant. We haven't gone out to eat at a decent restaurant since he was born because we have been afraid of spontaneous screaming, but at the pub he was fine.
I'm not sure what this is all about, but one of Sean's new things is to grab his face. I'm not sure why he does it, because he doesn't seem to enjoy it.
Grandpa did a great job of putting Sean to sleep. Also he got Sean to laugh for the very first time! Unfortunately we didn't get it on camera, but hopefully we will soon. Of course we all thought it was the cutest thing we had ever seen! :)
Here is Sean with Grandma and Grandpa Hogan. We'll see them again soon for Sean's baptism in three weeks.
